  Bought what I thought was quite an expensive set of suitcases with a 10 year guarantee.
  First time away and the handle on the largest one stopped working. I had to dismantle the case so I could get the handle to retract or the airline wouldn't accept it.
  No email address to contact them on their website either.
  Pretty poor after sales service.
